Location & Transportation: Approximately 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and 35 minutes from Fort Worth. Fifteen minutes from DFW International Airport; 20 minutes from Dallas Love Field by shuttle or taxi.
Accommodations: Classic architecture with 431 sleeping rooms, including 26 suites and 107 villa-style rooms overlooking the golf course. All rooms are soundproofed with individual air conditioning control; two or more multi-line telephones with message alert, computer and fax available; cable TV with all-news cable network; internet access; AM/FM clock radio; writing desk; walk-in shower; oversized tub; and outdoor balcony or patio.
Dining & Entertainment: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at Cafe on the Green serving New American Cuisine with a la carte and buffet dining service at breakfast and lunch. Four Seasons' "Alternative Cuisine," emphasizing health and nutrition, is featured at all meals. Cocktails are served at The Game Bar and Terrace Lounge. Shuffleboard, billiards and games also are available in the Game Bar, which serves a light menu through Room Service.
Services & Shops: Twice-daily maid service and full concierge service. Full-service beauty salon, gift shop, newsstand and drugstore available. Golf pro shop includes extensive lines of men's and women's apparel. Tennis pro shop carries equipment and clothing. Complimentary self-service parking. Recreational Facilities: Championship golf on the Resort's Tournament Players Course and Cottonwood Valley Course, site of the annual HP Byron Nelson Championship. The Spa features massage, facials, herbal wraps, mud and other treatments. Sauna, steam room and whirlpool also are available. The Salon offers professional hairstyling, makeup application, manicures and pedicures. The Sports Club includes indoor and outdoor running tracks, Nautilus and free weights, one indoor and three outdoor pools. Racquetball, squash, and indoor and outdoor tennis facilities are also available.
Meeting Facilities: Twenty-seven conference rooms are located on the first two levels. The Four Seasons Ballroom divides into three rooms, seating 560 in rounds; with a capacity of 800. The Las Collinas East and West divides into two rooms. All rooms feature multiple microphones, electrical outlets and built-in audio-visual aids. The Amphitheater features graduated seating for 90. Four conference rooms provide built-in rear screen projection. Seven conference rooms feature access to private balconies and outdoor garden terrace for refreshment break service. The 4,500-square-foot Pavilion is adjacent to the Conference Center and is ideal for receptions and theme parties. Media center provides full support services including graphic design, print and media production capabilities.

At a charge: audio/video recording and production, graphic arts, secretarial service, electrician, laborers, security guards, printing, photographer, carpentry shop, sign painter, translators and entertainment.
