Accommodations: Conveying the charm of Boutique Life Style accommodations lodgings with 200 guest lofts, guest loft ceilings exceedig 10 feet the hotels' concrete structure and noise-insulating techniques will contribute to a silent night's sleep. For added comfort, the décor will include exposed-brick-and-polished concrete walls, custom-made furniture and lighting, original artwork, plush drapes, and luxury custom bedding NYLO NYTE(tm).
Each loft will serve not only as a place to sleep, but also as a state-of-the-art workplace and entertainment center. In addition to a platform-style bed, in-room furnishings will include a sofa, ottoman, desk and ergonomic chair. Among the high-tech amenities: 32"flat screen television, free wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, MP3 capabilities, and convenient plug-ins.
NYLO Dallas/Las Colinas will offer allergy-friendly guestrooms from Pure Solutions North America. All guestrooms incorporating the comprehensive purification system, in each of its branded properties. Designed specifically for hotels, the Pure System cuts down on contaminants, irritants, molds, dust and odors. Following a seven-step purification process, each NYLO Pure Room will use a medical-grade air purifier, hypoallergenic linens and covers, and other techniques to keep the air fresh and make hotel stays more comfortable for travelers.
Dining & Entertainment: The heart of each NYLO Hotel will be The Loft. With its soaring ceilings and open floor plan, this gathering spot next to the lobby will invite guests from their rooms to talk, work, meet, eat and enjoy. Not to mention our very own "Sushi Bar" with wide variety to choose from.
The Loft will offer thoughtful amenities: healthy-alternative-three-meal restaurant, bar and lounge, game room with billiard table and Nintendo Wii, original artwork and entertainment by local artists, boutique items available for purchase and comfortable library. Free wireless high-speed Internet access will be available throughout The Loft. A mixture of music, art and changing lighting will give energy to the area day and night. Here, travelers will go to send emails, entertain clients, meet friends, eat, drink, watch television, play pool, read a book, buy a CD, listen to music or hang out -- all in a comfortable area that is always inviting.
Recreational Facilities: Guest can enjoy the Library featuring pool table, Nintendo Wii and board games. While the courtyard will offer two heated outdoor pools, outside bar, cabanas and fire pits. In the NYLO gym, the 24-hour fully equipped workout area will feature LifeFitness equipment (treadmills, stationary bicycles, step machines, and free weights) that are iPod compatible.
Meeting Facilities, Equipments & Services: The first NYLO property to offer 7,000 sq. ft. of total meeting space. The 3,100 sq. ft. Manhattan Ballroom divides into two rooms and can accommodates 300 for meetings and 220 for banquets. Four additional boardrooms will feature a giant glass wall; guests will have the option of opening the drapes and bringing the outdoors into their meetings and built-in screen projection.
Green Information: 100% renewable energy credits. Natural water system. Water conservation program. Low wattage bulbs are used throughout the hotel. NYLO's exclusive bath & body line comes in recycled bottles. Energy efficient brick and concrete construction. Recycled paper is used in the meeting rooms & in-room note pads.
