Boi Na Braza Brazilian Steakhouse features a unique type of cooking, inspired by the Gaúchos, called churrasco (pronounced shoo.rhas'.ko). In honor of that tradition, the Gaúchos (waiters) carry bountiful portions of skewered meats, along with fruits and vegetables to diners' tables. Using traditional knives, they slice thin and tender pieces of meat continuously to all "rodizio" style.
