The Cinco de Mayo celebration actually begins on viernes, cuatro de Mayo (Friday, May 4) at 8 pm, inside the beautiful Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory. Maestro Hector Guzman and the Irving Symphony Orchestra will  accompany renowned Nati Cano and the Mariachi Los Camperos for a one-of-a-kind show. After winning a Grammy for best Mexican regional album, Cano explained that he wanted to preserve and rescue so many songs which pay tribute to Mexico, to its people - those who keep these beautiful songs alive. "Beautiful" is the best way to describe the harmony of mariachi music and a classical symphony orchestra. This is a don't miss concert. Cost is $9.50 - $59.50. LEARN MORE

On Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm at Senter Park, you can receive free health checks, enjoy multicultural entertainment, join in tons of kids activities, eat great food, listen to Mariachis, shop in an international bazaar, watch the Little Miss Cinco de Mayo pageant, and be spellbound by Mexican, Peruvian and Colombian Folklorico Dancers.  It's a day long event with plenty to taste, hear, do and see. ¡Bienvenidos todos! LEARN MORE
