Friday evening concerts in Irving's outdoor concert series showcase live music performances from a variety of genres, with great musicians from across the state. The concerts are held outdoors at the Whistlestop Plaza. Bring blankets and/or lawn chairs for seating and enjoy the evening with your family and friends. It's a free and family-friendly show. There will be food trucks and dessert vendors on-site, plus it's an easy walk from Big State Fountain Grill, Glory House and other great local Irving eateries and shops. Global Wellness Day is a special day that reminds the entire world of the importance of living well, encompassing everything from exercise and beauty treatments, spiritual teachings and ways of thinking, to the harmony between body and spirit. Here's a few ways you can be well at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas this Saturday.

Join Mind & Body Coordinator, Meg Plotsky, as she leads a Sunrise Yoga session at 6:30 a.m. on the hotel’s private lawn in front of Byron’s. In addition, the Well & Being Spa will be offering shoulder massages in the hotel lobby from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be giving away complimentary FarmHouse Fresh Shea Butter hand cream. Juniors can join in the movement with a Kids Fit class in the Mind.Body.Yoga. Studio at 2 p.m., led by fitness instructor Natalie Clarke. The class involves nutrition and muscle knowledge, along with exercise and education.  

In addition, the Hotel’s culinary team will offer complimentary Zumanna organic muffins at the lobby coffee bar, as well as fresh squeezed juices, made in house, available throughout the Resort’s dining venues for hotel guests. Executive Chef Christof Syre has also highlighted special breakfast, lunch and dinner Wellness menu items for Saturday, June 13, in which $1 of each item sold will benefit Global Green. Ham-Com is truly Amateur Radio at its best - commercial exhibitors, flea markets, speakers, workshops, special interest groups, door prizes and much, much more! In addition to all the radio fun, Ham-Com will host a Boy Scout Radio Merit Badge program on Saturday, 9 a.m. on the 4th floor of the Irving Convention Center. Earn the innovative Boy Scout one-day Radio Merit Badge.
