What a tumultuous week we've had! Here in Irving we've welcomed some of our neighbors from the south, worried about others, watched a great many heroic acts from ordinary citizens, and now we get to enjoy a three-day weekend. I urge you, no matter your situation, to summon a laugh or two, or even a simple smile. We'll help you out with this list of activities below. You never know how your laughter will help lift the spirits of someone who needs to hear it. If you're hankering for something else, visit our website for other area events at www.irvingtexas.com.

I absolutely love these markets! They remind me of the small town where I grew up, where individuals can meet local farmers, artisanal food producers and crafts people, and purchase products in a colorful, family-friendly venue. Local foods and music also are planned to provide attendees an opportunity to dine while enjoying the market. Arts Center location Downtown location
