It's the most wonderful time of the year! So, don’t let Covid-19 be the Grinch that stole your Christmas cheer. Even the biggest Scrooges are more desperate than ever to salvage some holiday fun. Some folks are decking the halls for the very first time. Others have amped up their holiday decorama in an effort to end 2020 on a bright note. ‘Tis the season to sparkle after all, and your holiday meal should be no less festive than your holiday home decor.
We’re all hungry for sweet seasonal relief. With fewer options for celebrating, a nicely prepared meal becomes all the more appreciated, and Irving has delicious options for those who don’t want to cook. Local eateries will be whipping up gourmet meals for you and yours to enjoy from the comforts of home on Christmas Eve and Day. And some Irving favorites will be open for socially distanced dining if you prefer to go out. Dining-in or to-go, all of the holiday dinner offerings featured below are surely scrumptious... and gifting yourself a chef prepared meal is not only a nice treat for you, it helps the restaurants too.

Lamberti’s take on the classic festive celebration consists of three courses for $39. You’ll start with the Antipasto Trio - Calamari Fritti, Polpo Gusto (marinated grilled octopus), and Traditional Shrimp Cocktail. The second course, the Primo or main course, is a decadent Italian fish and seafood stew called Cioppino (insert Italian accent here). The finale of the fishes, Secondo Trio, features Salmon, Spigola (European seabass), and Scallops Capesante with a side of Wild Mushroom Risotto. To-go feasts are available. But for the true experience - more of a formal dining affair - make a reservation to dine in the restaurant. Call (972)-506-3000 or book a table through Open Table.
