For more than 30 years, Fritz Park has been the place to experience farm life, including hands-on contact with an assortment of animals — from sheep and goats to chickens, horses, ducks and rabbits.

I LOVE the Irving Public Library, they literally have something going on all the time. This is one of the seven events they have going on this weekend! If you're looking for a way to beat the heat, check out one of their events. They span all ages from adults to teens to kids. All Events

The one event I would like to highlight is the Brett Roberts' Magic Show: Heroes Around the World. This hour long show will help us see if we have what it takes to become a hero. He combines magic and puppets in this all-ages show. Stay after for a party celebrating Summer Reading Challenge participants.

Be sure to follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stay-up-to-date.
