Las Colinas Country Club, 4400 N O Connor Road
Las Colinas Country Club, now managed by ClubCorp, opened in 1963 by Las Colinas founder Ben Carpenter. Founding members include Dallas-Fort Worth elite: Amon Carter, Jr., Trammell Crow, Robert Cullum, J. Erik Johnson, Clint Murchison, Jr., John Stemmons, and R.L. Thornton. The private membership club offers social events, networking, pickleball, tennis, swimming, and of course, golf! Highlights of the event presented by Choctaw Hotels & Casinos include 50 celebrities, pro-am opportunities for ClubCorp members, and a two million dollar prize purse tournament. Check out the full schedule.
The Money
A prize purse of $2 million is a big one, and there’s a $500,000 celebrity prize purse too. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Momentous Institute, a Dallas organization that promotes the social-emotional health of children along with a Dallas-area laboratory school for prekindergarten through 5th graders.
Participating Celebrities
Dallas Cowboys players including Tony Romo, DeMarcus Ware and Emmitt Smith will be playing the classic, and former Texas Ranger Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez is on the list too. Annika Sörenstam, one of the best female golfers in history will join the competition as well as television personalities include funny guys Larry the Cable Guy, Anthony Anderson, plus Alfonso Ribeiro (America’s Funniest Home Videos host and Dancing with the Stars season 19 winner).

Kickoff Party and Concert
The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory | 316 West Las Colinas Boulevard
The kickoff event will also be star-studded, and Toyota Music Factory is the place to be for the big party and concert. Country singer and Grammy nominee Cole Swindell will entertain after Dee Jay Silver opens the evening at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19. Tickets start at $34.50, and can be purchased at Live Nation.
