Independence Day Parade & Fireworks Display

The City of Irving welcomes back the community for a special Independence Day Celebration on July 4. 

PARADE - 9 a.m. at Heritage District

Join in the fun as Irving celebrates Independence Day with the annual community parade at 9 a.m. on Monday in Downtown Irving. Irving's Independence Day parade has been voted 'Best Community Event in Irving' for the past several years. The parade features entries by community organizations, businesses and families, including floats and custom vehicles.

FIREWORKS - 6-10 p.m. at Levy Event Plaza

Then head down to the Levy Event Plaza at 501 E. Las Colinas Blvd. on Sunday from 6 - 10 p.m. for a fireworks show, live music, food vendors and family fun. Free parking and shuttle from the Toyota Music Factory parking lot. $10 parking at The Summit Parking Garage, 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway. Cash only; no bills larger than $20 accepted.
