Irving Main Street Event

Visit Site

This family friendly Main Street Event gets bigger and better every year! Held in Irving's historic Heritage Square in the Heritage District, organizers heat things up with the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Hot Sauce Fest. Participants from area restaurants put their sauces to the test and compete for whose recipe packs the best punch.

In 2019, the Perot Museum Tech Truck came by for a visit. The mobile extension of the Perot Museum brings science, technology, engineering, art and math themed exhibits to children across North Texas. Visitors have a chance to participate in a number of hands-on activities and lessons.

There's also food vendors, local artisans and a kids’ area for visitors to enjoy. Some other new features include:

- Home Depot Kids Workshop
- Kids’ stage featuring the Morris Brothers
- Strolling entertainment
- And the always popular Manifolds on Main Street Car Show will return this year.

- Continuous live music abounds with usually four varied bands to get you up and dancing or just relaxing to the street vibes. Parking and admission are free.
