Brought together by fate and inspired by their mutual love of cooking, Gloria and Jose Fuentes assumed ownership of a small Salvadorian eatery in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood in 1986. For the past 30 years, they’ve been bringing people across Texas together with their remarkable Latin flavors.
