Padaek was the first of Chef Seng Luangrath's restaurants. Originally serving Thai-centric dishes, Chef Seng later introduced Lao dishes until the restaurant incorporated a full Lao menu. They take pride in creating an honest family operating Lao and Thai restaurant.
