Irving Convention Center Loading Docks

Loading Areas

The convention center has ten covered loading docks with dock levelers for easy loading and unloading. The docks are located on the first floor Exhibition Hall Level along the north side of the facility facing Northwest Highway.

The Loading docks provide direct access to the Exhibition Hall and the service elevators to the Meeting room and Ballroom Levels. Two loading dock ramps make exhibit hall event staging very efficient.

The security office is located in the loading dock area to control access and to maintain efficiency with loading and unloading. Parking and traffic rules in the loading dock are strictly enforced. Check with your event manager prior to your arrival to coordinate your loading and unloading time.

Marshaling Area

Space is located just north of the loading dock. Contact the event manager to arrange use.
