Start your event right with a number of sweet and savory breakfast choices. You can select a basic continental breakfast, which provides attendees with breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt, or opt to provide a full plated breakfast. You can also offer a breakfast buffet—with assorted breakfast pastries, fruit, eggs, toppings, and sides—or, to really impress your guests, a full breakfast station serving up pancakes, eggs made-to-order, and more.
To keep things simple, offer a lunch buffet or give each guest a boxed lunch. Boxed lunches include salads, like the delicious Southwest grilled chicken salad, or sandwiches, from grilled veggie wraps to turkey BLTs. All boxed lunch selections come with chips, fruit, a cookie, and water or iced tea.
If you have a special keynote planned for lunchtime, provide your guests a plated lunch. Savory entrees, fresh salads, and invigorating desserts will leave everyone feeling satisfied. All plated lunches come with a choice of salad and dessert, freshly baked rolls with butter, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, hot and iced tea, and water.
For dinner, you can choose from gourmet plated dinners like lamb chops and seared scallops braised with mint cranberry demi and pan-seared scallops in a light citrus cream sauce. Or, plan to offer a generous dinner buffet, allowing diners to pick salads and entrees in a relaxed setting.
