Meeting Rooms Level

This "conference center" level is a key element of the building's design. There are 20 breakout rooms, each approximately 1,000 square feet in size. Eight of these rooms are also grouped together to create a junior ballroom space of up to 8,000 square feet. Ample prefunction space allows for plenty of room for catered breaks, and the floor's layout also allows multiple users to occupy the floor simultaneously, while each can easily retain their own areas.

Meeting Rooms: 729-986 square feet
For smaller gatherings, there are 11 on-site meeting rooms available, each large enough to seat attendees in roundtable, theater and classroom styles.

Boardroom: 868 square feet
The formal Boardroom at Irving Convention Center offers a professional dark-wood table, brown leather chairs and a frosted glass window that allows natural light into the room.

Junior Ballroom: 6,840 square feet
The Junior Ballroom offers chic décor of its own, with a dark-stained wood ceiling installation and skylight-effect lighting. It is well appointed and offers 16 possible room configurations.

Junior Ballroom Prefunction Space: 10,976 square feet
This unique space wraps around the Junior Ballroom, offering a stylish option for cocktail hours or event overflow. The prefunction area features an information counter and diverse areas that allow multiple gatherings to be held simultaneously.

Terraces: 24,245 square feet
The Covered Terrace and Lower Café Terrace offer panoramic, picturesque views of Las Colinas and are available for outdoor events, social gatherings and more.
