AC Hotel by Marriott Las Colinas - Opening Fall 2026
147-room, six-story property with rooftop bar, restaurant, and 3,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space. Developed by Whitestone Hospitality. Designed for both business travelers and small-scale conferences.
Marriott Courtyard & Residence Inn – Broke ground July 2025
Located at 480 E. John Carpenter Freeway, offering 220 guest rooms with shared amenities, and flexible meeting rooms catering to both short-stay and extended-stay guests.
Renovations & Upgrades
Omni Las Colinas Hotel – Completed $33M two-phase renovation
Latest $20M phase redesigned all 421 guestrooms and the Las Colinas Ballroom, the property’s largest event space. Previous $13M phase added The Lakehouse Waterfront Lounge & Pool Deck, fire pits, cabanas, and three dining venues (LRH Restaurant & Bar, Flossie’s, Over the Counter). The hotel now features extensive indoor and outdoor event venues, including a 10,700 sq. ft. event lawn.
New Venues
Hospitality Alliance has debuted three new restaurants at Toyota Music Factory, enhancing the guest experience around the newly revitalized Plaza:
The Plaza
Dynamic outdoor gathering space with capacity for 2,500 guests, featuring turf lawn, seating, shaded areas, lighting, and kid’s zone. At its heart is The Cantina, a modular container with a rooftop deck and outdoor bar system (200 guests + 25 rooftop). Perfect for pop-up events, live entertainment, and social gatherings.
Jaxon Texas Kitchen – Modern two-story Texas kitchen with capacity for 400 guests (150 first floor + patio, 250 second floor). Private event buyouts expand footprint for larger gatherings.
Shoals Smokehouse – Classic Texas barbecue with rock-and-blues vibe. Spacious dining room and patio accommodate up to 200 guests.
Pistil Cocktail Lounge – Elevated cocktail lounge above Shoals, with gothic Western style and tapas menu. Capacity: 175 guests.
Combined, the Plaza and new venues offer capacity for ~3,300 guests, making Toyota Music Factory one of the most versatile indoor/outdoor dining and event destinations in Dallas–Fort Worth.
