Feast, sip, and celebrate as the DFW Italian Festival transforms Irving into
“Little Italia” for one unforgettable weekend
IRVING, TEXAS (October 3, 2025) — Get ready to savor the good life—Italian style. The 3rd Annual DFW Italian Festival returns to Las Colinas, October 11–12, 2025, transforming Irving into a lively celebration of food, music, and culture. Presented by DFW Italians, this two-day festival brings together thousands of guests for an authentic taste of Italy, complete with traditional processions, live entertainment, bocce tournaments, family-friendly activities, and of course, incredible food and wine.
“This festival isn’t just about food—it’s about community, tradition, and bringing a little piece of Italy to Texas,” said Scott Pirnie, DFW Italians.
An Immersive Italian Experience
The DFW Italian Festival is Dallas–Fort Worth’s authentic Italian cultural event. Guests will enjoy:
- A traditional Italian procession that sets the festive tone
- Authentic musical performances, including opera and live entertainment
- A bocce ball tournament and lively kids’ activities
- A silent auction benefiting local charities
- Celebrity emcee Ali Turiano from Irving-based FOX 4
- A wide selection of Italian food, fine wines, specialty cocktails, and artisan vendors
“Some of the streetscape by the waterfront felt vaguely Mediterranean, not least when I watched a Marian procession organized by the annual DFW Italian Festival. It was like being in some Italian or Spanish town on the patronal feast day. Adding to the sense of place are the authentic Venetian gondolas that ply the water.”
— Past Festival Attendee
