Vodka or gin? Dirty or with a lemon twist? There is no one way to make a martini and Irving bartenders are pouring out some seriously delicious concoctions. The perfect happy hour drink or late night sipper, check out these Irving restaurants for your next martini.

Pacific Table - Las Colinas

5238 N O'Connor Blvd #136

Between the fresh seafood and savory side dishes, a martini at Pacific Table is the perfect beverage. Try their Gibson Martini, made with Fords Gin Officer’s Reserve, dry vermouth, orange bitters and pearl onion. This gin-forward cocktail will pair great with the spicy rock shrimp appetizer, cedar plank salmon entree, California burger and quinoa salad side. Enjoy your drink lakeside on the scenic Pacific Table patio or at their modern, chic bar. Cheers!

LAW Restaurant

4150 N MacArthur Blvd

One of my favorite places to enjoy a cocktail in Irving is at LAW Restaurant inside the Four Seasons Resort and Club. With their local-flavored menu and Texan-inspired drinks, you know they are shaking up some delicious martinis. Step out of your comfort zone with the Bacon, Not Stirred martini served with olive foam and bacon-infused vodka. Or stick with a classic and the bartenders at LAW will elegantly pour it any way you like.

Cork & Pig Tavern

5224 N O'Connor Blvd

At Cork & Pig Tavern, their talented bartenders are always creating new and delicious martinis for us to enjoy. Dragon fruit, key lime, blueberry poppy seed, or my personal late-night favorite, the Kahlua coffee, are just some of the inventive martinis they are pouring. Keep an eye on their social media pages for their next amazing concoction!

Mercy Bar & Lounge

340 W Las Colinas Boulevard Suite #200

Not just for incredible wine, Mercy Bar & Lounge is a full-service bar that includes some mighty tasty martinis! Try the mesmerizing Empress Gin martini and watch the fresh lemon juice change the deep violet liquor into a dreamy lavender.  For a refreshing summertime drink, order the French martini with vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice and a lemon wheel. Sip your cocktail and people-watch on their second-story balcony overlooking the Toyota Music Factory while munching on some of their delicious entrees like the pear salad, fresh fish of the day or a custom-built cheese board.

Despite whiskey in the name, you can find some incredible gin and vodka martinis at Whiskey Cake Las Colinas. Specialty seasonal cocktails and talented mixologists at Whiskey Cake make this the perfect spot to enjoy your cocktail and eat some seriously fresh, creative foods. For the vodka martini lovers, pair your drink with their roasted butternut-turmeric hummus, mesquite-smoked salmon dip or the rotisserie farm bird!

Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill - Music Factory

350 W Las Colinas Blvd

Once you try one, Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill will have you craving their delicious craft martinis. As you can expect with the rest of their diverse menu, Thirsty Lion is the place to please large groups or to try something new each time you visit. For a tart sip, try their Raspberry Drop martini made with vodka, raspberry puree and lemonade. For a sweet sip, try their Pear martini with pear vodka, pear puree, sweet & sour, simple syrup, hand-shaken and served in a martini glass with a sugared rim. For a more refreshing martini, my personal favorite, try the Grapefruit & Basil martini with Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, St. Germain, grapefruit juice, fresh basil, Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters, lime and simple syrup.

Aspen Creek Grill

4300 W Airport Fwy

The perfect place to bring the family or enjoy a date night, Aspen Creek brings together comfort food and fresh ingredients. An extra dirty gin martini is the perfect complement to their hearty meals like the Chipotle Bleu Cheese Burger made with two quarter-pound beef patties, fried onion strips, bacon, chipotle mayonnaise and fresh crumbled bleu cheese or the savory Southwestern Steak Sandwich with tender marinated strips of steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms and melted pepper jack cheese. For your sweet tooth, enjoy one of their delicious desserts like fried cheesecake to pair with a sweet fruit martini for a nightcap.
