Happy Wine Wednesday, y’all! With the weather *hopefully* starting to cool off in North Texas, it’s time to start exploring the best happy hour spots in Irving to enjoy your vino and some great patio weather, Wednesdays and beyond! From Italian to seafood to steakhouses, here are some great spots with killer deals to sip your wine with friends, family, or loved ones.

Italian Cafe located near the edge of Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas has an amazing happy hour menu that makes their delicious food and drinks even better! Enjoy $3.50 house wines by the glass from 4 pm - 7 pm. Cabernet sauvignon or pinot noir will pair perfectly with any of their pizza or pasta dishes. Italian Cafe also offers a wide range of fresh seafood dishes that would be great with a glass of chardonnay. 

 

The Ranch Las Colinas

As if we need another reason to visit The Ranch, they have an incredible happy hour that includes some of their popular appetizers and flatbreads in addition to wine and cocktails! Visit them Monday - Saturday from 3 pm - 6 pm for $5 house wine! I recommend a glass of pinot noir with the mini elk tacos and house-smoked sausage and goat cheese flatbread! The Ranch has a huge patio and expansive indoor dining to keep all safe and distanced while still having a great time enjoying food, drinks, and live music!

One of my new favorite restaurants in Irving is Pacific Table at Water Street! Delicious seafood, incredible cocktails, an expansive wine list, and a gorgeous patio overlooking Lake Carolyn. Check them out Monday - Friday from 4 pm - 6 pm for $6 wines by the glass. Enjoy happy hour-priced oysters on the shell and their pacific dip with a glass of sauvignon blanc!

The honky-tonk Irving has been waiting for is here at the Toyota Music Factory! Mama Tried offers great times and amazing live music by local Texas artists. Their happy hour is from 4 pm - 8 pm Monday through Friday with $4 wines by the glass! Come for the great priced wines and appetizers, stay for live music and a great outdoor patio.

Sushi is one of my favorite meals and The Blue Fish is serving up some of the freshest in Irving! They also have a great happy hour menu that is now back for dine-in customers. Visit from daily from 5 pm - 7 pm for $4 wine by the glass and a huge selection of happy hour priced appetizers. Some wines that pair great with sushi include pinot noir, rosé, and riesling.

Great patio, great food, and great happy hour all point towards Cork & Pig Tavern. Happy hour is every day from 2 pm - 6 pm and includes $5 wines by the glass! Also on happy hour pricing are their incredible pizzas and appetizers! I recommend the black truffle pizza with calamari and a glass of pinot noir.
