As 2024 begins, let’s all raise a glass to the new year, reflect on lessons learned in 2023, and start this new year in Irving with all things crisp and bubbly. Of course, I’m talking about champagne! It's the perfect sip to enjoy with friends and loved ones. From champagne to prosecco to sparkling wine, Irving has it all. Check out these local favorite spots that have the bubbles flowing all year long. Cheers!

Monaco

5238 N O'Connor Blvd. #134 | (972) 798-4800

Let’s escape to the luxe Mediterranean at Monaco Restaurant in Water Street. An exciting, waterside eatery with an exquisite dining experience for the ultimate date night or special occasion location in Irving. Here you will find an array of champagne and prosecco that showcase the vibrancy of this beautiful region of the world, influenced by France, Italy and its own local personality.

Lamberti's Ristorante and Wine Bar

7701 N MacArthur Blvd. | (972) 506-3000

You may have driven past this spot while running your errands in North Irving, but the always-packed parking lot and smiling faces walking out the door should be your sign to try this local family-owned restaurant. Lamberti's Ristorante and Wine Bar is cooking up some serious Italian food with passion and pairs it with a wine list to complement the rich flavors of Italy. Lamberti’s often hosts wine-tasting dinners to showcase specific regions and winemakers served with absolutely delicious dishes. Pop a bottle of prosecco for the table and indulge on seafood, savory cheeses and cured meats; perfect pairings with Italian bubbles.

Copper & Vine

7750 N MacArthur Blvd #160 | (972) 942-8216

One of the newest restaurants to open in Irving recently, Copper & Vine knows how to make a splash with an amazing wine selection and rustic dishes inspired by the Mediterranean. You’ll immediately feel like a regular here with friendly staff, a welcoming environment and delicious food that will keep you coming back for more. Italian foods and French wines are blended perfectly together to create a unique dining experience that feels like a NYC bistro, and the champagne selection is top-notch!

Hudson House Las Colinas

5904 N MacArthur Blvd. | (214) 217-0063

While Hudson House is famous for its ice-cold martinis, a crisp glass of champagne is a perfect complement to their fresh oysters, delicious seafood, and crispy chicken dishes. Hudson House feels like an East Coast retreat with a vibrant atmosphere and a coastal-driven menu. You will find a great selection of French champagne on their menu that will be the perfect accompaniment to your elevated lunch, dinner, happy hour or brunch with Hudson House.

Mercy Bar & Lounge

340 W Las Colinas Blvd. | (469) 351-0222

Where can you find a local Irvingite on a happy hour or night out? Most likely at Mercy Bar & Lounge. This upscale wine bar and restaurant has specialty cocktails, wine and champagne flowing on a daily basis. With great service from talented bartenders and a patio overlooking The Plaza at Toyota Music Factory, what more could you ask for while sipping a glass of champagne?

OUTLAW Taproom at The Las Colinas Resort Dallas

4150 N MacArthur Blvd. | (972) 717-0700

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, soon to be rebranded as Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas, still has the same charming bar that feels like an escape from the every day in Las Colinas. OUTLAW Taproom is a favorite amongst locals and visitors alike and for a good reason. Friendly staff, knowledgeable bartenders, top-shelf wine and liquor options, and all in a cozy and rustic setting. Wintertime is one of my favorite seasons to visit OUTLAW; the fireplace is roaring, and the strong drinks keep you warm. Order a bottle of champagne and enjoy a cozy experience.

Pacific Table

5238 N O'Connor Blvd. #136 | (972) 957-7620

You can never go wrong with seafood and champagne, and Pacific Table in Las Colinas is always keeping it fresh with high-quality fish and oysters. Enjoy their gorgeous lakeside patio or their stunning dining room. From their fresh raw bar and sushi to their coastal-inspired dishes, Pacific Table is always a good idea to satisfy your seafood craving. Find the perfect glass of champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine to pair with your meal (or just to sip and enjoy the views of Lake Carolyn).

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar

5981 High Point Dr. Suite 160 | (972) 573-3189

One of the best food and wine combinations in the culinary world is champagne with fried chicken. The acidity and sharp crispness of champagne cuts through the grease and pairs perfectly with that satisfying crunch from the exterior of the chicken. And one of the best places to find delicious fried chicken in Irving is at Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar. This whimsical restaurant brings everything we love about the South under one roof, including a great cocktail and wine list.
