Galindo Tacos

Galindo Tacos is located on West Irving Boulevard and is the perfect spot to stop for lunch, dinner or weekend feasting. Fresh tacos, massive tortas, handmade agua frescas, and surprisingly a delicious Mexican-inspired hot dog are just a few of the items you will find on board the Galindo Tacos truck. Visit them on Thursdays for some flavorful birria tacos with dippable consome. 

 

Bout Tyme BBQ

Stop by, say “Hi” to Chef Keith Stokes and munch down on killer Texas BBQ at the Bout Tyme BBQ truck. Smoked chicken, pork ribs, brisket and turkey legs are firing up on the grill along with tasty sides like smoked cheese grits. Go for the ultimate southern meal with smoked brisket and grits topped with creamy BBQ sauce and green onions. YUM! 

 

E-Dubbs Catfish

E-Dubb's Catfish is the closest you're going to get to homemade. The crunchy to juiciness ratio is on point. Catfish, fries and hush puppies are their specialty, but on the day's shrimp are being served, be sure to grab them while you can. Their servings are generous and you'll be greeted with the friendly face of the owner, Erich Williams.  They're open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 6 p.m.; though they might close early if they're sold out. 

 

Kitchen 101

Often found parked at Toyota Music Factory, you definitely do not want to miss out on this foodie-favorite food truck – Kitchen 101.
