The Tacos
The menu offers 16 uber-creative gourmet tacos that you simply can’t find anywhere else. Go for the Texas Ranger filled with house steak, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fried egg, pico de gallo and queso fresco. Or try the K-pop, made with Korean bulgogi beef, kimchi, Asian slaw, sriracha-yum yum sauce and scallions.
Whatever you’re in the mood for, there are a plethora of meat (and non-meat) options, varying spice levels and bold international flavors to choose from, so there’s something for everyone.
You also can’t go wrong with the street-style tacos. Mix it up with a mix of carne asada, al pastor and barbacoa topped with grilled onions, cilantro, pico and limes.
The Drinks
You can’t have tacos without margaritas! And Gipsy Lime does it right with their signature Margarita Tree. A botanical beauty, this nontraditional cocktail flight is served with overflowing blossoms and your choice of three to five sweet or spicy frozen margs.
