If you plan on joining us at Levy Event Plaza, be sure to RSVP to secure your free pair of eclipse glasses.
Make getting there easy! Download the Levy Event Plaza parking map to find nearby garages and overflow parking for a stress-free arrival. You can also rideshare to skip parking altogether (highly recommended!).
Meanwhile, at Heritage Park, join the fun in a family-friendly atmosphere with a DJ spinning out-of-this-world tunes, more food trucks, and ample photo opportunities, all complemented by free eclipse glasses for an uninterrupted view. Parking tip: Spots are limited, so download the Heritage Park parking map to plan ahead. Ridesharing or taking the TRE are highly encouraged.
Both events promise an unforgettable experience under the stars and best of all, they're completely free! So gather your friends, mark your calendars, book your stay, and get ready to eclipse your expectations at either location.

-The event is FREE.
-Food and beverages are available for purchase.

-Garage parking fees range from $10- $15 (credit/debit cards only).
-20-Minute Gondola Cruise: $10 Per Person
-25-Minute Pedal Board Rentals: $40 Per Boat
Where do I park and is there a rideshare drop-off point?
There are several nearby parking garages and a map of the garages can be found HERE.
-600 E. Las Colinas Blvd ($10 - credit/debit cards only)
-The Towers at Williams Square: 5205 N. O'Connor ($12 - credit/debit cards only)
-Canal Centre: 400 E. Las Colinas
--This is a smaller garage and is reserved for handicapped and people with mobility issues.
-Overflow Parking Garages:
--Irving Convention Center: 500 W. Las Colinas Blvd ($10 - credit/debit cards only)
--Toyota Music Factory: 316 W. Las Colinas Blvd ($15 - credit/debit cards only)
-Rideshare is recommended and the rideshare drop off and pick up zone is located across from Levy Park at the corner of Brazos and E. Las Colinas Blvd.
-DART Light Rail: The Urban Center Station on the Orange Line is a 15-minute walk from Levy Plaza.
-No tailgating is not allowed in parking garages.
Is there handicap drop-off/parking and is the venue ADA-accessible?
Drop-Off Zone: The handicap drop-off zone is located immediately in front of Levy Event Plaza. Loading and unloading only.
Parking: Canal Centre: 400 E. Las Colinas
ADA-Accessible: Yes, Levy is ADA-compliant. There are no steps to enter the plaza, and all parts of the plaza can be entered from street level. The grassy areas are also ADA accessible, with access to the grass from the sidewalks.
What forms of payments will on-site vendors be accepting?
Debit/Credit card will be accepted in the food areas.
Debit/Credit card and cash will be accepted in the bar area.
**Cash is recommended in case there are network issues that may affect point-of-sale systems.
Will solar eclipse glasses be provided?
Yes, complimentary solar eclipse glasses will be provided on-site while supplies last.
What can and can't I bring into the event?

-Folding Chair

-Service Animals Only
-Electric-Powered Mobility Scooters
-Personal Telescope (there will be a clear path to the sun!)

Will the event continue if it is raining?
Yes! The event is rain or shine unless lightning or other dangerous weather conditions exist. You will still be able to experience the eclipse in cloudy conditions.

Will there be a shaded area and or cooled areas to sit?
While this is an outdoor event, there will be some seating available. Feel free to bring a chair and umbrella.
What else should I know before the event?
-There will be a First Aid tent on-site.
-Portlet restrooms (ADA accessible) will be on-site.
-There are no drinking fountains to re-fill water, but there are several food vendors who will be selling bottled water.
-Smoking/vaping is allowed, except inside the two fenced areas. Please smoke and vape away from crowded areas and dispose of cigarettes in appropriate receptacles.
