With the safety of hotel guests in mind, Irving hotels have implemented thorough health and safety policies and procedures based on the advice of health and government officials. Our hotels have adopted heightened cleaning and sanitization protocols including increased frequency of cleaning, enhanced employee training, modified property amenities, face mask requirements, and following social distancing guidelines.   • Heightened cleaning and sanitization protocols including increased frequency of cleaning both public and “back of the house” areas
  • Meeting space set-ups that adhere to social distancing guidelines with capacities limited to 50% or less
  • Enhanced employee training
  • Enhanced food-handling protocols including the suspension of self-serve style buffets
  • Implementation of “touchless” processes wherever possible throughout guest/employee interactions
  • Special attention to sanitizing the cleaning of guest rooms between guest stays
  • Modified property amenities engaging social distancing guidelines with some amenities limited or closed
  • Restaurants and bars operating at reduced capacity and single-use condiments and single-use or digital menus will be used whenever possible
  • Contactless in-room dining and single-use packaging
  • Hand sanitizing stations located throughout the facility
  • Limits on the number of persons allowed in an elevator at once
  • Face masks required per government orders
  • Social Distancing Enforcement: Guests will be reminded to stand at least six feet away from others
